A 25-year-old single malt from Talisker that was bottled after quarter of a century in both American and European oak casks. The palate balances Talisker’s usual salt-and-pepper seaside character with earthy, volcanic smoke and sweet dried fruit notes.
Salted caramel, chili chocolate, smoky barley and nectarines, creamy and waxy
