Cherry Bounce

G.W.'s Favorite Drinky Drink

A bold blend of sour cherries, warm baking spices, and smooth whiskey, our take on George Washington’s favorite sip pays homage to the drink he carried on his travels. This rich, spiced cherry cordial is subtly sweet, delightfully complex, and best enjoyed while toasting to history.

Raise a glass to the original Founding Father of fine taste.

SIPS & SWILLS

Federalist Favorites

Every drink tells a story—one crafted with bold flavors, fine spirits, and a touch of history. Our handcrafted cocktails pay homage to the past while embracing modern mixology, blending small-batch bourbons, fresh-squeezed juices, house-infused syrups, and unexpected twists that elevate every sip.

Whether you’re raising a Banana Bread Old Fashioned in honor of tradition or savoring the smoky heat of The Midnight Rider, each pour is made with precision and purpose.

For those looking for something just as refined without the spirits, our lineup of thoughtfully crafted mocktails deliver all the flavor with none of the proof.

Here, every glass is filled with a little bit of history and a whole lot of character. Cheers!

The Legend of George Washington's

Lost Ledger

Long before he became the face of the dollar bill, George Washington was a frequent visitor to Berkeley Springs, drawn to its healing mineral waters and the promise of a restful retreat.

But local lore suggests he was also drawn to something else—a secret tavern, lost to time, where he recorded his favorite meals and whiskeys in a small leather-bound ledger.

That ledger was thought to be long gone… until now.
